They learn to be aware of their feelings and responses, and how to deal with them in a calm and joyful manner.
At it’s core Prenatal yoga trains a woman’s mind and body for the experience of giving birth, not so much by reducing the intensity of birthing but by increasing her awareness, thus heightening the entire experience of pregnancy and birthing.
