Permaculture Design and Sustainable Living

The course “Sustainable living made simple: Basics of permaculture design” provides a general outline to living off the land. This course presents dozens of strategies for how we can be responsible custodians of the earth. In two and a half hours of content, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of sustainable living.

Sustainable Living Made Simple: Overview of Permaculture Design Course Content

This course gives you an overview of sustainable land design. By the end of the course, participants will learn strategies to create a sustainable farm. More specifically, in this course you will learn how to:

Build with natural materials
Filter water
Make compost
Grow plants
Raise fish, insects and animals
Quick steps to start a farm

This course follows a book, “The Permaville Handbook: Strategies of Permaculture Design” and is based on the certified Permaculture Design Course (PDC). Learn design strategies from real-life examples from sustainable projects around the world.
