Starting a Business 4: Business Processes – Course Content
A successful business relies on processes and information systems; it is important that an entrepreneur pays close attention to how their business works and how performance can be improved so that they are in a position to take it forward and manage growth. Whether you have an idea for a venture in the future or you already have a side-line business whilst studying, this course will help you consider how to grow your business. It will give you the time to plan, share your ideas with others and start to document your thoughts in a structured business plan.
Throughout the course you will join a community of online learners, providing an opportunity for interactive learning with other students both in the UK and internationally.
No previous knowledge or experience of business or enterprise is required, just an interest in businesses and how they emerge.
